    Henrique Fares Leite is the Head of Music Market & Partner Development Latin America. He joined the company in 2019 to help establish its operations and strategy for LatAm. Since then, he has worked on many projects such as J Balvin Live on TikTok, #SuenaEnTikTok, TikTok Music Summit and #DeGiraConTikTok. The last one is the hashtag of the strategy behind dozens of music festival partnerships in the region. Previous to TikTok he had a long career in music, with more than 20 years of experience in areas such as label development, festival production, artist management and 13+ years in digital music. His first experience with digital music was at Microsoft as Content Manager lead for 5 years, following as Head of Music Industry Relations Latin at Deezer until he moved to TikTok. He also has a Master's Degree in "Cultural Industries and New Technologies" at the University of Paris 8, France.

    Juan Sebastian Naranjo is the Special Projects Manager for US Hispanic and Latin America at Gibson Brands, the American guitar manufacturer behind legendary instruments and pro audio brands like Gibson, Epiphone, Kramer, Mesa/Boogie, Maestro, and KRK, among others. He's part of Gibson's Cultural Influence Department, a group whose sole purpose is to develop relationships, partnerships, and strategies with artists, festivals, record labels, recording studios, and other music business actors to keep guitar music culture alive and kicking. Born and raised in Colombia, Naranjo started a career within the entertainment industry as the lead singer, guitar player and main songwriter for alternative rock band Gatoblanco, which took him to sign a major record deal, tour his home country; and get radio airplay in the United States. Before working for Gibson Brands, Juan managed Art House Records, an independent label founded by Grammy and Latin Grammy winning producer Julio Reyes Copello. While in Art House, Juan worked in the development of musical projects that included Juan Pablo Vega, Paula Arenas, Brika, and Ela Taubert. Juan is also the co-founder of Miami-based independent label South Mountain Music, with Latin Grammy winning producer and engineer Maria Elisa Ayerbe.

Matthew was most formerly Vice President, Artist Relations at RichMusic, the top boutique independent Latin record label in the industry. Limones joined RichMusic in 2021, and oversaw all artist relations and project management, with a special focus on providing first-class service to RichMusic artists, producers and business partners. Prior to joining RichMusic, Limones served as Director of Marketing at the Universal Music Group/Capitol Latin. Previously, Limones served as Director of Artist and Label Relations at SoundExchange, where he strengthened and established the relationships with its affiliates and industry partners and grew the company's Latin digital business. Limones has been recognized as a young executive "shaking up the music business" in Billboard's list of 40 Under 40 and has been named as a Billboard Latin Power Player, and a HITS Noisemaker. Additionally, as an industry leader, Limones has been published in the Berklee College of Music Business Journal.
